At Royal Mail Group the health and safety of our employees is a key priority. This campaign will contribute to our wellbeing strategy, “Feeling First Class”.  This is part of our Safety, Health and Environment plan to improve, and support, the mental and physical health and wellbeing of all employees and reduce psychosocial risks in the workplace.  We are also committed to supporting colleagues with stress or mental health problems in the workplace and ending stigma as part of the Time to Change mental health pledge from the mental health charity Mind.
