"EANPC is committed to promote and support the Healthy Workplaces Campaign by raising awareness throughout its network and the wider community of the link between healthy, stress-free workplaces and increased productivity. Long-term, stable increases in productivity arise from well-managed workplaces - in which the health, safety and well-being of workers is assured, and where those workers are regarded as partners in the development of a high-performing organisation."

The EANPC is a federation of national productivity organisations that collectively aim to promote and support the improvement of productivity throughout Europe for economic and social gain. In doing so, we are aware of the need to explore innovative forms of work organisation and to improve living and working conditions for all people.

Our Campaign Pledge:

The European Association of National Productivity Centres (EANPC) will promote the Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2014-15 on “Healthy workplaces manage stress” among its members, partners and the wider community, via the EANPC Newsletter and website (www.eanpc.eu) as well as by organising a seminar on the relation between stress as a psychosocial burden and productivity.
